2. Services

We provide professional photography services, including but not limited to:

  • Commercial photography

  • Brand/content creation

  • Travel and lifestyle photography

  • Licensing of images

All services are subject to written agreement prior to execution.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only upon written agreement and/or receipt of deposit.

  • Prices on this website are listed in [EUR] and may be subject to VAT where applicable.

  • Payment terms will be specified in individual agreements or invoices.

  • Late payments may incur fees in accordance with Norwegian law.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, travel disruptions, weather conditions affecting shoots).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All photographs and content remain the intellectual property of Therese Elstad, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use delivered images as specified in the agreement.

Clients may not:

  • Resell images

  • Edit images without permission

  • Use images outside agreed scope

This is governed in accordance with Norwegian copyright law and the EU Copyright Directive.

6. Image Usage & Licensing

Usage rights (commercial, editorial, social media, etc.) are defined per project.

Unauthorized use beyond agreed scope may result in additional fees or legal action.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are agreed per project.

  • Final images are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of business, revenue, or opportunities

  • Technical failures beyond our control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited under Norwegian law.

9. Website Use

All content on this website is owned by Therese Elstad and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to Norwegian courts.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
