Therese Elstad is a photographer & content creator from Oslo, Norway. She has over six years of experience in the food photography industry and has worked and learned from some of the best companies in Norway. She loves to work for a variety of brands, so no days are the same.

I have a small studio set up at home and swear to natural light. I love to shoot outdoors and I often use myself as my own model. Not only does this save previous time and money, but it will easen the work for my lcients as they don’t have to hire a full team.

I started self portrait photography during Covid, and I realised how much fun it is being both behind AND in front of the camera. All of my clients has told me how unique it is to save money by not needing an entire production team. They send me their products and I take care of the rest!
